eta this is my life. watching 23 minute videos on vacuum cleaners.

Project Farm is a black hole. I have spent countless hours watching the guy because he is just so thorough. But it’s a lot of time spent on stuff I’ll never buy!

Yeah that's a great channel. I had never heard of him but I also went down the rabbit hole.. My wife buys a lot of this crap and if I can persuade her to spend less on a stain cleaner that does a better job then I am winning

It's nice someone actually took the time to put these things to the test.

I have had a V8 for a couple years. I am honestly a big fan. I'm not sure for a big house you can get rid of a corded vac, but I will say we use this one way more than the corded. I use it all the time to pick up kids' messes, and it's unbeatable for a quick run through the bedroom to get dog hair. The battery failed on mine after like a month, but Dyson sent a new one for free. As others said, I plan to get batteries off Amzn when this one eventually fails.

interesting. the shark stick we bought had a battery that died after like 3 weeks. i thought it was just a random issue or that my wife was over-using it but in either case, we just dumped it off at Costco and got a refund.

i can't express enough how great it is to buy stuff like this from costco becaue there is literally ZERO hassle returning anything.

After going though a few dyson batteries. I bought a little converter on amazon that lets you use dewalt batteries. Total game changer.

This is exactly what we did. Had the vacuum around 6 or 8 months now. I have 6 dewalt batteries and it usually takes 2 or 3 batteries to vacuum the common areas and a room. But nice not having to wait for the standard battery to charge.

Had a Dyson a few years ago and it was fantastic until the battery went out. We have a Shark stick vaccum now that has removable batteries. Wasnt aware of the adapter that lets you use dewalt batteries back then.
