Not doing it myself. I have enough going on.

What's a good company, preferably cheap, that will spray for all bugs including termites?

Where are you located?

I use Mike’s pest control in the Houma/Thibodaux area with zero complaints.

Arcenaux Pest control out of Denham. We've used them for years for termites and had them treat the yard after the flood for a flea infestation. Extremely knowledgeable technicians and they show up when they say they will.

Buy whatever amount you see fit of Talstar Pro Insecticide. Follow the instructions on mixing it with water and put it in a spray jug. Spray the entire exterior of your home at the ground and any problem areas you may have. Do this every couple of months. Thats the most basic way to do it and there are many variations and other ways that work. If you have a specific insect or issue you need to deal with then look possibly at a product that addresses that but for basic DIY pest control Talstar Pro is great.

I do lol. Not sure if you are supposed to tho. I spray the outside and only use it inside if I have to.

Yes according to the label on the Talstar Pro (bifenthrin) bottle you can use it in indoors. It might have a bit of a smell/ordor initially. Suspend insecticide (deltamethrin) is pretty much odorless.
