Basic home renovation company rec for Mandeville/Madisonville area

Need some quotes on a basic, non complicated job involving closing off an outdoor space and turning it into a study. I have 2 contractors coming to quote, looking for a 3rd.

The company I work for just moved into a new office in Covington and they built out some additional offices for us along with replacing carpet, repainting, etc. They did a good job and owner seems like a good, honest fella. They do residential work as well.
