Should I hit them with Neem oil? They have gotten terrible this year.

I tried soap & water
When that didn’t work I hit them with Bifen

I don’t think that worked so I’m going to try Neem oil next week

Are the little white balls along the branches eggs?

Never thought about that. Where do you get them? Would they stay on the tree?

I have bark scale on one of mine. Just bought the ferti-lome drench. Applying today. Soap and water worked well on black sooty part and the few bugs I could reach.
