AC is really loud

My AC fan is really loud. Kind of screechy. Been this way for several years but I’m finally tired of it and would like to address it. Any ideas of what I would be getting in to?

If it’s a squirrel cage blower, might need to clean it.

Now we are getting somewhere……
How old is outside unit? Is it the fan or compressor? When is the last time you cleaned the coils? Can you check to see how many amps the fan motor is pulling. Is it still cooling?
You might be looking at replacement.

It’s a 32 Amp manufactured in 2018

Sound like the fan motor beating as others have said. If you are handy, you can replace it yourself.
