If you are having a truck come to your house, you are probably being charged for the entire truck's worth of material. Make sure you understand what you are paying for and use what you bought.

The slab vs wood floor is just a quality difference. For what’s probably $600 more it will look and feel much better in my opinion. My wife is convinced it’d get critters living under it. I won’t ever have to redecorates it, or worry about it getting spongy.

The sheds on wood floors always look like they’re ready to be torn down after 10 years.

Good to know regarding the load. I know sorrento lumber told me 3yard minimum but she wasn’t able to tell me the full cost. I know the 3 yards was $360.

I did call around and Home Depot rents the tracked version of a Georgia buggy. The benefit of HD is the buggy is already trailered and they have weekend hours that might help.

I’ve got a few ideas of things I could do with a spare yard or 2.

If doing a small (5x10) think I should do concrete or can I get by with grading and pavers? Nothing heavy going in- some yard tools, manual push mower etc...
