Why is thread requesting strip club or gentlemen club recommendation whacked?

Is this against TD rules now? There is one right now for steak and strip club advice in Austin, TX and it isn't whacked. I just started one for Houston and it was whacked within 10 seconds. What gives?

The merger went into effect last night. TD is now a Disney company.
