When it was the Shriners Classic you had to buy them off the MLB website and today it still looks to be the same.

I usually use SeatGeek. Especially for the college series, booking on the Club level is cheap, and super convenient. Especially if you have young kids, the bathrooms and concessions have super short lines, if any at all.
