What happened to the My Account button?

it says Settings now, and you can't get to My Posts from it.

well, it used to be right above the logo before, so now it is slightly higher on the page

I don't see "My Account" at all. I see "My Links" on the top left and then I found my "settings" on the right side. Why are they not all together?
