Uber ad on mobile is too sensitive

There's an Uber Hot Deals ad on mobile that is incredibly sensitive to touch. If you scroll up or down and touch the ad it redirects to the App Store without asking

If you're scrolling and breath on the uber ad, it opens.

The ad takes up damn near my whole screen. Scrolling past it carefully is a task.

If you so much as glance it when your scrolling, it opens a pop up. Can they not turn down the sensitivity?

I can't change the sensitivity...I have noticed that some ads on other sites are like that...let me see what I can do...
