It was called Lynk some sort of taxi service I guess similar to uber.

Happens on my iphone. Pretty much holds it hostage until Clash of Clans or some bullsh#t loads. Not often enough to be an issue, just here to see if anybody else was getting this.

Here's a solution you can use for iDevices, not sure about Android:
Go into Settings then into Restrictions and disable Installing Apps. This will hide the App Store and will stop the redirects. Enable the App Store when you need/want to use it.
