How does the RA feature work on your end? And do you guys just stay on here at all times? Just curious.

Like do you get a notification? Is there like a screen where you go to and there's a list of people's requests? I mean the technical side of it.

Same way, you got to click it and it then forces you to select a limited amount of choices as to reason for RA.

RA's are dispensed to us on a rotational basis. I already had a talk with my boss that when i get an RA alert, I have to stop what I'm doing because this takes precedents
