posting web-based pictures?

So I've noticed that it is getting hard to post a picture here. Today, I tried to put up a picture of a map (I-10 and I-12), because a Georgia poster commented that I-10 runs east-west, not north-south. I wanted to show him how it is for BR and Nola, vs taking 12 (the east-west route).

I did a simple google search, found a couple suitable map images... and could not get one to show in my post after doing the "add image" thing.

Has there been a rule change? Could it be a browser issue? (I'm running Chrome, up to daye, with ad-block).

Uh, I-10, as a whole, does run E-W. That's why it's an EVEN number.

As far as your image issue...

You cannot just grab an image off Google Maps if that's what you were trying to do. You can, however, take the url of the image you want and post it. Like below:

If you want to imbed, then you would have to screenshot it and then host it.
