he mad a slight jab in an ingame thread and used a homophobic slur in passing. IF you would look at his record you would see a rap sheet without many marks on it. He is a standup poster and has contacted me about making amends of this situation.
please consider re instating him ASAP he will no use the word "fig" ever again, in any form. He is an asset to the many boards within the TigerDroppings community.

It's a derogatory term, we can all agree to that, but he didnt use it to belittle a homosexual or anything.

My point is I don't think most people use "fig" as an actual attack on a gay person. Probably everyone would claim it just means "stupid" or "lame". I just don't think that argument would fly.

thats not my call. I use both words in every day life. but never as their true meaning.

I think people rarely use words like that in their true meaning. I'm white, and in the past, I've called my friends "my n***er" for fun or whatever, but to me, it's like saying "my boy". Problem is, you kind of have to put a blanket ban on something like that because there will be people who abuse it.
