New ad takes up 1/2 of screen and won’t let me click site.

Just got an ad I’ve never seen before. Takes up a large portion of the screen, and when it loaded it actually added a black border around entire site momentarily, you can still see some of it on the entire right side of the image. And worst of all, I couldn’t click any links on the website until I closed the ad.

Same thing just happened to me. Some sort of investment ad. Started at the bottom and eventually took up half the bottom screen.
