Need "@" + username functionality in posts

So lets say you wanna get someone's attention in a post.
1. Place an @ sign in front of their name like @Chicken for example
2. Upon posting it becomes a link to their profile or something like that and is registered in a user's joxy history that spans ALL boards
3. Then the user, in this case, Chicken, can just click a link similar to "My Posts" that says "My Joxy" and get a list of all posts across the site that reference him.
Support???
