Mobile keeps crashing on iPhone

Yeah, I'm really starting to believe it's not just that Safari is crashing on many users iPhones, as reported. Safari crashes, I think, because of open TD pages.

Mobile and at least 9, 9.01 and 9.02. Maybe even the last 8 version.

Mobile version on Safari
The only way I could make it stop was to open a link to get a different webpage to open. Then I could close out the TD page.
Google chrome doesn't have a problem.
I have had the same issue with a few other sites though. This new Apple update sucks.

does chrome have same issue? Safari is known to be buggy on the new ios

Chrome doesn't crash like Safari but it has it's own set of issues with TD Mobile. Such as it doesn't refresh the pages properly often with the newer posts (I have to keep hitting refresh or the board link up top to get it to update). Chrome on mobile also locks up a lot.
One suggestion, if we could have the little refresh icon at the bottom of the board page like we do on pages in threads, that would be cool.

All you have to do is click ".... Board" right under the last topic at the bottom left. It's in small bold font on mobile. It's whatever board you're on
Figured a pro admin such as yourself would know this
eta: essentially is in the same place "Return to Board" is when looking at a thread

Yeah I get that message ever since I updated to iOS 9.0 and newer.
Sometimes kicks me off safari completely and locks up my phone.

iphone 6s has been awful all day. TD mobile kicks me off immediately after opening

As I was trying to type out the reply that mine does it on iPhone too with the desktop version (if you were saying it happens on the mobile site), it crashed again. It crashes about 6-8 times in a browsing session for me, which is about 20-30 minutes at a time. And only on the TD family of sites..
I especially like when I have something quoted and typed out and it crashes and I have to start all over...
Did not update iOS yet...just started happening about 4-5 months ago maybe? If I go in and delete all browser history it helps a small amount for about 2 days. Then does it again. But I keep open a lot of pages, so clearing browser history every day isn't practical.
Eta still running iOS 8.3

Do you have many browser tabs open in the background?
