I am unable to make Pick'em selections.

It says something about verifying your email, but I changed mine in order to not have my personal email linked.
Can an admin please shed some light on the situation?

Try hitting that link and logging in... Pickem is using old code that needs updating...not sure why it is doing this.

I got this when I clicked the link.
ETA I tried Survivor first and it gave me that. CFB brought me to the login and that worked. Thanks for the help Chicken!
