How do you contact someone in tiger droppings without using the forums?

Only option is for one of you to share an email address. A lot of us have a throwaway email for that, spam type stuff, and sharing dick pics.

Make an x account or throwaway email or both. It'd be cool if the board had dms though.

That's avoidable by allowing you to set up a friend list and only allowing DM's between friends.
You request someone to be your friend, and when they accept, you can DM each other. If you don't want any contact with a certain person, you block them, and they cannot even send you a friend request.
At least that is how it is done on an online game that I sometimes play.
