It's a message board for crying out loud. Why do you let me get to you?
why do you let it get to you that people hate you?
Better yet, why do you act in such a way that makes it so easy to hate you?

Most women find it to be the most offensive word that can be used to describe a female
I've never gotten the concept of taboo words. Would you really be less offended if someone detailed the many ways they thought a particular woman sucked?

The word isnt banned....yet.
Until then I have my constitutional rights.
I have been banned a few times for calling Picc a count FWIW. Also, you have no constitutional rights on TD. You know that.

Any reason why it's being tolerated on this site?
If memory serves Chicken said awhile back that word isnt going to be tolerated.
I realize this is a message board and people are just having fun blah blah blah, but that word is truly disgusting.
and Lexagon really needs help. That's one angry angry dude.

It's definitely in my top 3 of least favorite words. I absolutely despise it.

Because we don't like the most offensive word that you can use in reference to a female? How would you like it if someone walked up to your wife and called her a c. I feel the same way about the c word as I do the n word which is not tolerated around here.
And K, for reference, the n word is another of my top 3.

More than I ever wanted to know about the word
Can we say "lap"?
quote:
In Elizabethan English, the word lap was both the lap, as we now use the word, but was also a euphemism for count. count did not appear in any major dictionary of the English language from 1795 to 1961, when finally it was included in Webster's Third New International Dictionary with the comment “usu. considered obscene.” Its first appearance in the Oxford English Dictionary was in 1972.
