The word "bitch" describes the way a woman is behaving, and while also insulting, it doesn't rise to the level of demeaning her very biology. I mean, you are aware the count is part of the female anatomy, right?

Ahhh, you not so cleverly ignored the other two words in the list, two words that also refer to the human anatomy. Are "dick" and "a-hole" the next two words to get cut from the language? Good god man, a dick is part of the male anatomy; therefore, according to your logic no male should ever be called a "dick."

The word "a-hole" isn't specifically part of the female anatomy. Kind of hard to make fun of women for having assholes when we all have them.



"dick" is an offensive word, it doesn't rise to the level of "count" for the same reason "honkey" doesn't rise to the level the N word. If blacks had enslaved whites for 400 years and then treated them as 2nd class citizens for another 100 years - the word "honkey" (or whatever word they came up with) would be much more offensive than the "N" word.

While women weren't legally "slaves" for 400 hundreds, in a de-facto sense they were. At times and places in our nations history, they could not own property, it was legal for their husbands to beat them, they couldn't vote, etc. etc. - in all practical sense, the wife was slave to the husband. It was only a few decades ago when the professions available to women were limited to teacher, secretary, or nurse.
