Can we limit how many threads you can start a day?

David the Gnome started 6 threads on the O-T yesterday, mainly of reposts from reddit. It clutters and drowns out the board of higher quality thread topics.

That was on the Poliboard during the SOTU where many people were starting threads on various different things going on that would have been drowned out in the mega thread. They were legit separate conversations and not reddit re-posts. And that was one day, HHTM and OweO do this on the regular. Nice try though.

My threads don't clutter the O-T and force higher quality threads onto page 2. I'm also not universally despised on the O-T. Despised a bit? Sure. But not universally.
