There have been about 10 of them over the past couple weeks (I've RA'd most of them). None whacked.

Thou shalt not hate religious threads.

Thou shalt respect the Admins

ETA:

You hate and RA religious threads and yet you're cool with your Sig Pic?

If religious threads go so should your sig pic.

Not so.

We don't see all of them. We whack what we see. Some are borderline and we let them go until you make us think better of that decision.

Definitely a sig quote begging to be used out of context

I'd like to start a thread on Protestant Evangelical influence in the US today vs. Atheist influence. I think that's an interesting aspect of why and how people vote, but it doesn't need to really touch on any particular religion or dogma.

Would that be ok?

I think the operative rule right now is that religion threads are okay so long as they are completely inane and dumbed down to the point of being totally harmless.

Thus, moronic Ricky Gervais quotes = okay.

Anything serious = not okay.

P.S. -- I think your monarchism and love of Eastern Orthodox fascist religious nationalism is totally horrible. That is all.

Either that, or simply a horrible Canadian version of Kafka.

Kafka, I heart you tho.
