Admins, when did approving stalking alter accounts become acceptable here?

I'm almost sure this is Wild Thang (which why he's still allowed to post still baffles me), but apparently this is now acceptable behavior on this website to approve of a poster solely dedicated to harassing another poster: OMLsharksDownVoter

You deleted my last thread about Wild Thang on here, and I'm not sure why you did that (I might could understand an anchor), but these rules have gone out the window for y'all as whole: LINK

Last week we had a thread on the MTV board on how to make this board great again? Here Baloo said the following:

It's not that there aren't good movies coming out. There's plenty of good movies coming out. The Oscar slate always gets derided, but there's a nice range of interesting films on it. We're in a golden age of horror movies. There's been some outstanding indies (mother!, Faces Places, Brawl in Cell Block 99). It's not just CGI fests, which I'd argue are better than they've ever been, as a group. And that doesn't get into TV.

Disagreement is cool, it's what makes discussion good. Being a jerk isn't. It is on each of us to raise the tenor of debate.

I've got a great idea: how about we start by banning posters like Wild Thang who bring nothing of substance but mindless insults of people (who at this time 12 of his last 20 posts are direct insults to people LINK) and whoever this pathetic clown is? Instead we permanently ban posters like "DanMullenIsOurMan" who just made vs threads on the MTV board.

I know I'm risking pissing y'all off, but no poster should have to put up with this. If there was a block feature on this site, I wouldn't care. I would like yall to put your money where your mouth is and enforce what one of your admins up there is saying.
