Using homemade red sauce and integrating different things in it sans pasta (veggies, proteins, etc)

I do this easily twice a month to eat on all week. I don't miss pasta one bit. Ground protein and veggies satisfy me plenty.

Another trick I've been doing to get calorie counts down in some items is using the Green Giant riced veggies (they have a sweet potato and cauli combo one I like) as 50% of my "ground meat". So, for example, when I'm making taco meat, I'll do 50% ground beef and 50% riced veggies.

3 tablespoons peanut butter plus 1 scoop chocolate whey plus 1/2-3/4 cup water. Mix together for not bad tasting chocolate/pb pudding
