Has anyone worked out while having it or did any type of cardio?? Just tested positive today and still hope to run a 10k on next Saturday.

I’ve worked out the last 2 days with covid. Tested positive on Tuesday. I haven’t had any breathing issues with the virus and all symptoms were basically above the neck. Workouts have been fine and actually have me feeling better. Got a little dizzy but I think that’s from the meds. Ease into it and see how you feel. You’ll know real quick if your body isn’t up for it.

I've got it now and I can't imagine working out.

Sex felt like a marathon to my heart a couple days ago

I'll keep checking my "sex barometer" daily and see how the progression goes...

Had it this time last year, literally to the day. Was training for a half marathon at the time complete shot my training. This was Og Covid and pre vaccine.

Took me awhile to get back into shape

Jealous of all you guys getting Omnicron.

OG COVID kicked my arse and fricked my cardio for 4 months.

I tried to work out with Covid but the fatigue got the better of me - so I took 5 days off

I just started back to cardio Monday and it was a little rougher than I expected

I had original Covid and was completely a symptomatic. Only got tested because wife lost taste/ smell. I ran 8 miles every other day for my 10 day quarantine period.

Edit: I ran the levee south of lauberge far away from anyone.

Got tested for antibodies 30 days later because I couldn’t believe I had it and had the antibodies. Guess I was lucky with it.

Ease into the workouts.

But yes you need to keep moving don’t let that stuff stay sitting on your lungs

I tested positive in November 2020.

I Am unsure if it was Covid since I never had fever never had a decrease in appetite or loss of smell.

Just mild allergy symptoms for 48-72 hours. Nothing else

had it two weeks ago. Light cold symptoms but I got hit with the occasional bouts of fatigue. Finally hit gym yesterday. Felt good although I was a little weaker and didn't do the same weights I normally do.

I had regular Covid a year ago and laid low with a little fatigue. Pretty sure I had Omicron last week and did some pretty intense metabolic workouts with no ill effects.

I had it about 2 weeks ago.

Felt like a 3 day hangover. No fever or excessive lung issues.

Worked out 5x last week and felt about the same cardio-wise as before.
