I would worry about the oils and preservatives in that sausage. Prepackaged breakfast stuff (breakfast burritos, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits, etc.) usually contain really low quality processed ingredients. The protein bar doesn't look too bad. 7 grams of sugar isn't terrible as long as you are limiting your sugar intake the rest of the day.

Nah. All carbs end up the same to your bloodstream - i.e. sugar.

I would say just remove the wrapping and eat the contents of the burrito and go with the first one.

The choice is simple then - lower carbs (that's the same thing as lower sugar, btw).
