I have a Vit D/B12 deficiency and wanting to try some supplements. I don’t want to break the bank or take 90 pills a day, but would like to try and see if levels increase. A powder mix would be ideal, but don’t want any sugar.

I’m looking for Vit D, C, B12, and Zinc multi or I guess just individual pills if necessary.

Any cheaper options. Have a hard time paying $60 for non prescription meds.

My coworker, who recovered from cancer a few years ago, did quite a bit of research on this. He is an avid vitamin/supplement user for his immune system. He swears by Puritan's Pride due to some research he found a few years ago. Unfortunately, I do not have that research to share.

Go to walgreen’s and grab some of the generic stuff. B12 is B12.

I've always used Healthy Origins brand vitamin D3, 5000iu. Been using it for years.

Supposedly, B12 is best absorbed when taken sublingual (under the tongue) as opposed to eaten. They sell the bottle with the pippet at Walgreens I know.

I just take the gel capsules for Vitamin D. Plus I relish opportunities to get out in the sun. Since I work at a desk.
