Dude used to mesmerize me with his strength and flexibility. Now his Instagram is nothing but a bunch of hand-eye coordination juggling crap. I understand that can be important but it’s all he does now. His latest post (him balancing a damn stick and ball on his fingertips) has over 2,500 views in a few minutes and zero likes. Dude has lost it.

Ido Portal? Dude is, well, was, a bona fide freak. Has trained some of the world’s top fighters and athletes. Dude has insane mobility and strength.
