What dumbell weight should I do?

And which workouts besides curls? Not to look jacked but prepare myself for fights if ever attacked . I know its about technique, but i cant do ju jitsu right now.

Incline curls
Hammer curls
Wide curls
French press for triceps

Chest and shoulders are going to do infinitely more for your punching strength over arms workouts

You’ve come to the right place.

Make sure and hit some tri’s also to get that snap punching power.

Which Sonic will this be at? Get some tots after and make sure to post here and let us know how the fight went.
