What dumbell weight should I do?

And which workouts besides curls? Not to look jacked but prepare myself for fights if ever attacked . I know its about technique, but i cant do ju jitsu right now.

55 lb. dumbbells
Incline curls
Hammer curls
Wide curls
French press for triceps
Incline curls
Hammer curls

Chest and shoulders are going to do infinitely more for your punching strength over arms workouts
