Up at 5am and falling asleep by 7pm.
If you can’t stay awake for 14 hours that is not normal. Your body is not getting enough sleep or enough food to fuel the day you are putting it through. Plain and simple minus health conditions.

If you are tired when you aren’t supposed to be you are either not getting enough sleep or enough to eat. This can be etched into stone minus some underlying medical issues.
I don’t think the math adds up to run before dawn and go to bed about midnight. You aren’t getting enough sleep

I can’t lose weight and I love rice, gravy, and beer. It almost feels like a troll but I’m guessing it’s not ;). Someone touched on it briefly with satiating food but I know why you’re hungry/hangry.
4 cal/gram for protein or carb
7 cal/g for alcohol
9 cal/g for fat
By the way that’s straight alcohol content and not counting whatever other nonsense that goes into a particular beer.
How satiating do you think 200-300 calories of chicken breast is vs 200-300 calories of alcohol? How much volume will they take up that will keep you from getting hungry again sooner? It’s tough for some but alcohol is the single worst thing for dieting and it’s not particularly close. Even just eating straight fat at 2 cal/g more is better as it will undoubtedly keep you full longer.
Find better foods and try and cut out as much alcohol as possible.

To really dial it in you will have to experiment a bit. You can use a BMR or TDEE calculator to get some idea of how many calories you need to maintain.
Unfortunately any calorie burning calculator is wrong. It will be valuable in theory though relative to yourself. If every day it says you burned 200 and then one day it says you burned 300 then you burned more but who knows what the actual number is.
You can track what you eat though of course so use a food scale for your meals and weigh yourself once a week. Pick some number of calories that seems to make sense given your goal of losing or gaining based on one of the calculators. Give it a week and see what happens

None of this means much if you haven’t stated your goal. I can only assume you are trying to put on weight. You should be putting on a ton at that intake. For those calories your fat amount isn’t that bad
You’ve come to the right place.
Make sure and hit some tri’s also to get that snap punching power.
Which Sonic will this be at? Get some tots after and make sure to post here and let us know how the fight went.

It sounds like you’ve already identified why your weight loss has stalled. Time to nut up

Should pain with low bar is not unusual. I typed in “low bar s” and it suggested shoulder pain. I never had much issue but you can find info on YouTube and such

Greg Doucette anabolic French toast. Join the cult. The food is pretty good
That will work if you are in a deficit. You can literally eat anything. See Professor Mark Haub diet experiment. Lost like 30 pounds in 10 weeks eating twinkies,Oreos, and other junk. He just maintained a deficit on crap food. His blood markers even improved after.
Don’t worry about eating “healthy” for now. Nothing is healthier than losing weight. Worrying about your vitamin levels, micronutrients, blah blah is focusing on the paper cut while you have a gunshot wound (being overweight) in your abdomen.

I could go on about this forever so please ask for any other tips or bring up times you’re struggling.
I think if you can drill in how fleeting those feelings are that come with the high caloric foods that could help. On Monday morning how satisfying and enjoyable is that double cheeseburger you had Friday night? What is satisfying every day is seeing yourself in the mirror and being happy and full of energy.

No.
Losing weight has been solved. A caloric deficit. The difficulty is what you are having issues with in the mental game.
About 12 years ago I was nearing 300 pounds and found someone, thankfully, that had figured out this “magic” diet of the caloric deficit. Being a math guy it made sense. However, it did require that “click” or whatever you want to call it where I snapped out of it and my relation with food became different and I decided I was going to get in shape.
Start by trying to get through one weekend without cheating. It will hopefully be more fulfilling and satisfying than cheating. You need to be able to take pleasure in the discipline you exerted over yourself. You really don’t want to think about it being a diet so you can cheat. It needs to be your new healthy life.
That last part is what, unfortunately, requires the “click” that comes after you wanting it enough (ie more than the high calorie foods/drinks)
For 99% of the population weight loss has been solved. Caloric deficit. Losing weight is 99% discipline as the 1% method has been solved. The euphoric/happy feelings you get from terrible food and drink are extremely fleeting. Sometimes you literally feel worse than before. You feel worse than you would have if you ate nothing all. It was all for a flash in the pan emotional feeling.
If you change your eating habits you greatly increase your chance of living longer AND you will feel better in the years you have left.

Hugo’s is good but you are right next to one of the best in the city. One other poster mentioned it...
