Don't let peer pressure dictate how long you spend in the gym. If you go 6 days a week, great. If you only go 3 days a week, that's great too.

Find a structured program.

You sound lost and lacking direction.


Also, don't sweat it if you're not in the gym 6 days a week. 3 minimum and you'll get some results and keep healthy.
