Well, the late summer migration happened at the gym

Like the swallows leaving Capistrano, summer is ending and the young girls have all left the gym and flown off to college. Just me and the other old guys there now. Maybe a few will wander in over Christmas break.

This is actually my shred season. I hardly ever get to the beach but I want to look good for the fall tailgates.

I'm right there with you. I have a wedding first weekend of September and going to see some friends that I haven't seen in a long time in November. I'm working and dieting harder than I have at any other point this year.

I'm in a college town. coeds and moms that don't have kids and are back.
