I bought a plate carrier style. Condor I believe for $30. The weight plates from Rogue cost another $50-$60.

I have that one as well........really depends on what kind of training you want to do with it.

I just run or walk in it. I’m not about to compete in the CrossFig games.

Plate carrier type isn’t great to run in IMHO.

Mine bounces a bit much. I mean done get me wrong, it makes the run tough but it’s not “comfortable”

I only run a couple of miles at most. And I’m not kicking in doors with it and clearing rooms....yet. But it serves the purpose.

I bought the cheapest, heaviest one I could find at Academy. I believe it was a BCG brand.
