Using water as your only drink. How healthy will this alone get people? For the people who just can’t get the habit of regularly working out or just can’t find the time.

If all they are drinking is sugar laced drinks, at least it will reduce their calorie intake.
Add to the the benefit of being more hydrated and allowing your body to flush itself out adequately.

I drink 1 gallon a day, sometimes a gallon and a half. I've never been a huge soft drink drinker. Water is all I drink. It does 2 things: helps me feel more full 2- keeps me out of peoples business at work because I'm constantly pissing

So many people get their calories from liquids.
If I were to give a person advice who was trying to go from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy one, the first thing I would say is:
Don't drink your calories!!!
Example:
Let's say you drink:
12oz of Orange Juice for breakfast
A large sweet tea for lunch
and a can of Dr. Pepper for Dinner.
If you eliminate that, you're eliminating ~500 calories a day.
That's huge!!

That's probably losing a pound a week (or not gaining) without changing your lifestyle at all.

My advice for people now is go buy a 40 pack of water on Monday. Repeat every Monday. I think eventually the water starts to draw people to it because the way it makes the body feel. I just know to many people that treat water like it’s a foreign substance.

Water? You mean like out of the toilet?
I need to drink a little more water and a little less coffee and beer. Problem is I can't stop putting a teaspoon of sugar in my coffee.
I used to drink at least two cokes every day. Now I go months without drinking one at all. I don't miss them.

Well the good news is: There's water in beer, so drink up

It can go a long way for overall health but you're most likely not going to improve body composition or anything like that.
