I am starting to take one of those vitamin packs with one half of them in the morning and a different half in the evening. The AM one says take with your first meal, the pm one with your last meal. I sometimes don’t actually eat my main meal until 1-2 but I do drink a protein drink at about 10. Is that enough to be a “meal’” to take with these? I want to get good absorption. Thanks

I’ve been dying to ask this same question specifically as it relates to Vit D. My protein shake is a meal replacement and does have some fat in it.

Yeah I am thinking it depends on the drink. Mine is generally just whey powder or a pre made one like pure protein/muscle milk type things. I am sure a smoothie with peanut butter or something is fine. Just wondering if just basic protein drinks count.

A lot of vitamins are fat soluble.

I take mine with 6-10 fish oil capsules.
