Just google Cialis dosage and its the same thing. If you use it daily most people take 2.5mgs a day but I just do 5-10mg every 3 days.

I dont take it all of the time, when I do iI just take that much for 3 days. I don't think I have built up any tolerance.

Alright...so I FINALLY read this entire thread.
All 53 pages of it.
It's been a little over a year since this thread was started, so it seems like a good time to check in and get a show of hands of all those who took 480's advice and ordered...what was their feelings about their usage from the first times until now/the time they stopped...for those that were in love with it have they kept it up, etc?
Reviews are great, but like most things long term reviews from multiple sources are better I think. I think it would go along way if we've still got a bunch of devotees taking this with no real ill effects after nearly a year.
Anyone want to update the room on how it's been?
And yes...after reading this entire saga it would be a lie to say that this doesn't seem at least somewhat worth a try. While I'm a very healthy 45 and my equipment works great, things could always be better (see the complaints on The Rant)... Yet, as intriguing as it is at the thought of once again being able to hammer a railroad spike into concrete with my dong, I'd also like to not die...and stuff. Ordering stuff on line like this...as someone said many months ago and pages and pages ago, sort of makes me feel like the kid who walks into the van to take candy.
So...verdict after a year for you guys that jumped on early? We still good? Anyone croak...dick fall off, etc?

Not dead, I don't take all the time except for random weekend where I want to demolish the wife.
Side effects for me are heart burn, and I get a little flush when drinking while on it. I get heart burn all the time anyway so no big deal.
That being said, I'm typing this with my penis from another room.
Pull the trigger, have some fun. 2nd and 3rd day are the best.

I just got the Sil and Tad last week...
First day I tried the Sil and didn't get much in terms of results, my face did get flushed though which is a side effect. I'm going to try again today with a higher dosage and see if that changes anything. (Did 5 drop dose)
Over the weekend did the Tad and it worked really well. First dose was 5 drops, next day did 10 and nothing the third day. Didn't have any side effects that I could really tell. Wife was sick so that put a damper on things, but still happy with results.
I'll agree that day 2 and 3 are way better than the first. First day was a slight difference and I was kind of disappointed that it was overhyped but days 2 and 3 were like holy shite. I felt like I could get things off the top shelf at walmarks with just my dick.

Side effects for me after about a year of taking the Cialis...
Taking it every day gave me bad heartburn that led to a pretty painful case of gastritis. Now, I mostly just take on Thursdays so I'm good for the weekend! Also, taking too much will give me a stopped up nose.

This is the part that's intriguing, obviously.
