Two creatine questions

1) I’ve been taking 5g daily for about two months. I drink liquids throughout the day but not much water. Is the creatine still able to do its job or am I wasting it?
2) what’s the difference in the creatine pictured below and the creatine mono I’ve been taking from GNC? Is it a lot better?
Thanks!

Creatine mono is all the same imo. I’d recommend just buying in bulk. Transparent Labs has a 2lb bag for like $20 that I usually get.
I could be wrong, but it still works without water. If you’re not drinking water, it can cause some liver issues so I’d try to fix that if I were you. It’s the best non-illegal supplement out there and all you gotta do is keep your fluids up.

I'm taking Creatine Mono in powder form like I've done that past few winters. I've continued to drink a lot of water like always and put on the usual 5 lbs or water weight.
I've wondered if I'm 'more hydrated' when taking creatine, sort of like the camel effect of retaining water.

Any evidence that it’s more effective?
