Too risky sharing equipment, etc.

That's why I always wipe before and after. Even before the COVID 19, just because people are fricking filthy.

I have a PF right down the street. Was in a sort of 3 a week mode that was really lagniappe for the at-home (thank GOD) routine I had developed.

Because even pre-madness, almost everyone did five minutes of Instagram or FB between sets on limited gear.

Enhanced routine & plenty of weights at the house, plus it’s getting warm for outside stuff.

If they open tomorrow I’ll be scarce.

ETA: But hell yeah, not to be a bitch. Open them back up, not everyone has stuff at home. But I’m giving it at least a month (unless I get all 5AM motivated).

I guarantee you you don't wipe off the dirtiest thing in the gym. They actually did a study on this a little while back. The dirtiest thing in the gym were, by far, the dumbbells and Barbells.

No, but I usually wash my hands before licking them.

Clean your phones and water bottle surface too. A lot of people probably forget about that

I'm still committing to pay my monthly CF membership to support the coaches whom are hopefully getting paid, but it's a pretty hefty monthly donation. Don't want to be "that guy" when gym reopens for cancelling my ship.

Ready to get back to training like all of us and not making a monthly donation that takes globo-gym members several months to hit.

That’s dumb. Regular gyms stopped charging people as soon as they shut down
