Haven't worked out since Monday as I've been feeling like shite the last three days. Thinking I'll workout no matter how I'm feeling tomorrow. When I don't lift I feel so unproductive.

Do you train while sick? Or do only soft people get sick?

Fever? No. Headache or sinus congestion? Yeah I admit I do. Alka Seltzer and I'm in.

I got sick on Friday. Woke up Saturday and couldn't open my mouth. Took a few days off and I'm still dealing with some congestion but I'm koo.

Sinuses I believe. Sore throat, coughing sneezing all week. Most of those symptoms subsided today but now it hurts to even tilt my head down or lean over.

That sucks dude. I know how that is. Mucinex DM for the win. Gets all that shite in one area and allows you to get it out.

Ive taken the last two days off, pretty sure i got west nile last week from a mosquito bite.

Ive been getting head aches, body aches, the bite area is still sore and sensitive to light since monday. Worked out fine the first three days but taking it easy until next week.

Dont go

1. Give your body time to rest. Doubt most of us here are competeting so a few days off wont make a bit of difference. Give your body rest.

2. Dont be that dumbass who is sick at the gym leaving your sickly germs all over the equipment. Have some respect

That's what I was also worried about. I will probably just do something at home today. Rings, pushups, curls.

Dude, that shite is hard.

I'm not too strong, but still they are a lot more difficult than I thought.

I work out with a really young guy sometimes (20 years old) and he's really strong. He can do over 10 muscle ups, perfect back levers, and one handed pullups.

I got him to try the rings and he couldn't do an L-Sit for more than three seconds.

Skinning the cat is fun as hell to attempt.

I do have mad respect for your abilities on the rings. I wouldn't be able to do them.

Yes, unless it's debilitating. I worked out every single day I had strep last year
