Cold = take some Advil Cold & Sinus, and at least do the basic lifts for the day.

Flu = Stay the frick home.

Arm is still a little sore but body aches are gone

Ran two max effort 3/4 of a mile runs

the first one I thought I was going to die the last 100 meters

my throat was hurting

On the tail end, yeah. Once I get sick, I don't touch a weight for at least a week. I'll try to walk outside some however
