I got myself a case of Tennis (lifters?) Elbow from being a dummy while loading at my job. I can't switch roles at work, can't really rest it as much as I should.

I had been working my way into lifting at the gym, but since my job is loading, I'm concerned about over-stressing the joint while it's injured. Do any of you have any recommendations for moving forward, and perhaps preventing backslide? TIA

Wear a sleeve or ease off until it’s better. I work through shite pretty regularly. You kind of have to just listen to your body. If you can go, go. It not, don’t risk serious injury.

Yep. I know where you are. My job sometimes requires bending and forming big heavy wires and it plays hell on my forearms and elbows. Rest it as best you can and don’t lift until you KNOW it’s ready. Then start back light.

Always wear sleeves when you workout. Rehband ones are good.

Wear them at work too if you can, while its painful.

Other than that, rest and ibuprofen.
