So, like most, I’m trying to get a little healthier this year. But I can’t remember which order to do my sprints and lifting. When I played college ball, the skilled and lineman would swap every other day of the week.

Example, Monday’s we would sprint first while they lifted and change, then Tuesday the opposite.

So, question is what order should I do them to be the most efficient? I’ll be doing some 40 yd dashes and some backbreaker type sprints fwiw.

TIA

Don’t do sprints on your lifting days, if you must do them after but you’ll already be burnt out by then.

As Mingo said plug those in on your off days and treat it as HIIT.

Whatever will work best for doing them. For general health purposes, order matters less than getting them in.

If you're trying to build speed optimally, doing explosive stuff while fresh is best. If you're just using them as conditioning and get some speed development, after lifting works fine.

this is the truth but to expand on what mingo said an easy way to do it is like this

day 1- lift
day 2-rest
day 3- lift/sprints
day 4- rest
day 5 lift
day 6- sprints

diet is going to be the most important thing.

also you could just join us in the 60 days of conditioning challenge.
