I feel like I have been dragging lately and just struggling to stay consistent with my workouts/drive. I got to wondering if my possible use of sertraline for years (no longer taking) has caused a dip in my testosterone. I haven’t gotten tested but was wondering if there would be any downsides to trying a natural supplement without getting tested. I was looking at something like weider prime as a possible booster. Any downside to taking a supplement without knowing your actual levels?

If you recently stopped taking the Sertraline (Zoloft) you may be dealing with some withdrawals. My brother took Zoloft off and on for about 4 years and he would have some issues with feeling run down for a while after stopping. If it continues I would see a Physician for a checkup and ask for labs and make sure he includes your testosterone, blood sugar and maybe thyroid. While you are there may as well have everything checked. Good luck.

One shot would probably get you out of the funk. You won’t need HRT for at least another 10 years.

Get labs is best bet.

If you want to just do a natural supplement do t-sterone from true nutrition and add boron.

But absolutely should get lab work done to determine problem

zinc
magnesium
vitamin D3
at least 8hrs sleep per night
tongkat ali
ashwaganda
l-citrulline
exercise/weight lifting

^ all of those are proven to boost testosterone naturally

do alot of that and watch your diet/nutrition:

- beef/fish/turkey/chicken
- green leafy vegetables (kale, spinach, broccoli, arugala)
- eggs
- drink lots of water
- avoid sugar, alcohol and highly processed foods

do all of this for about 2 months and you're T levels should be more than fine.

How often do you hit legs?
The leg muscles generate a ton of HGH and testosterone.
