Anyone here use creatine pills? Name brand is ON (Optimal Nutrition) Wife ordered the wrong thing and I assume I can just bust them open and mix with my drink right?

I’m also assuming the other ingredients listed on the label are what the capsule is made of, am I correct in this thinking?

Yea, I think you have that right. ON is a solid company. I don't think their creatine is creapure anymore, but they are still a quality company so their stuff is perfectly fine and tested. I'd assume the other ingredients are for what makes up the capsules as well.

Does creapure have additional benefits?

It is essentially a purity standard at this point. Creapure basically certifies that whatever brand's creatine is 99.9% pure. It is a german based creatine and they have somewhat applied their beer purity laws to creatine for lack of a better way to describe what it means.

There isn't any added benefit to creapure other than certainty around its purity. There are still very good creatine brands that aren't creapure, but you just have to do some extra research because they will generally get their creatine from China and they can be not so pure . ON is a good company though, so their stuff is still good.

Nah. All natural. Hard work and good food. No pills or gummies. Sets a bad example for kids in my opinion. He’s young man. Nature will help him out. But of course this is America where everyone wants a pill for everything
