Trying to cut down on added sugars. I’ve never taken post workout, bought some of jyms and I like it

My question is.. 2-3 times a week I crave something more than water, usually in the afternoons after I cut the grass, been working outside, like a Gatorade, sweet tea etc.

Is it bad to make a post workout If I haven’t worked out? Just to quench my thirst

I just started using this electrolyte powder to recover between running, lifting, and biking sessions. It seems to work well for me and has a really good taste, and sugar free

What flavor did you get?

I Really don’t “train” intense that much anymore.. I just like to have something other than water every now and then
