Curious, anyone doing PPL have any guidance on when to do your cardio? I'm still cutting so worried about recovery. My cardio routine is a 5k run 3x a week currently.

Jesus, running a 6 day a week lifting program plus a 5k 3x per week?

Dude way too.much running if your goal is to look good.

Just do a 3-4x lifting program with hard conditioning 3-4x per week or do the 6 day ppl and let the lifting be your cardio. If you have to do more just walk in the mornings.

If you goal is to be better at 5k then do that 3x per week and lift twice.

You can't burn the candle at both ends.

Either you’re an olympian or free base cocaine. You can’t train like this. It’s just too much.

Understood. Well what I might do is a PPL Rest PPL Rest set up. Jog 20 minutes on leg days and on one of the rest days. So its 6 lifting days and 3 20 min jogs every 8 days.

I think I'm gonna solve this with an extra rest day.. And instead of the 5k a light 20 minute jog. New Orleans in August is not exactly a runners paradise.
