Support for feet with high arches?

I have an extremely high arch and over time I am experiencing more and more pain. I've been walking a good bit more than normal, but now even when I don't walk a lot, my feet seem to hurt all the time.
Any suggestions for a good high arch support that can insert in my shoes.

Spenco Total Support Max work well. You can buy them online. They have a thin version as well, which is a little more minimal.

Start by buying shoes made for high arches. Use this tool from roadrunnersports to help narrow down your pick.

If you end up wanting to buy from that site, you can usually find a coupon code online if you google for it.

Walk barefoot and buy shoes that allow for mirroring barefoot. When humans walk barefoot the arch will pronounce more, normal. There is no need for “support” but only just an increase in muscle stamina on the foot muscles. The foot is a biological shock absorber. We don’t need to re-engineer it.
A minimal toe to heel drop or “drop” is ideal.

Yes. I used to get supports for the arches because I had same problem as OP. When I went the barefoot route I never had problems with my feet again after the the barefoot running became normalized. Hitting a rock hurts barefoot so I went with vibrams
