Anyone have any experience with this? My doctor is scheduling a MRI for my hip and thinks I may have a labral year. Said surgery is an option, but also mentioned looking at doing Stem Cell Therapy as an option.

I am interested in getting stem cell therapy for my knee. Joe Rogan had it done, and it repaired a tear in
his shoulder. He has a few podcasts pertaining to how it works and why it's worth getting.

Hyperbaric is a good option.

Just to explain, it forces heavily oxygenated blood into the tissue at high pressure. You’ll heal faster and with less scar tissue.

Had a 70 y/o patient reinjure her shoulder from a fall just months after finishing rehab from shoulder surgery. She said she did not want to go through that process again.

We gave her one stem cell injection in the shoulder and within two months she was “95% better”. She remained that way for at least the next 2.5 years until moved on from the clinic.
