Starting carnivore off right

I skipped the gym this AM and decided to focus on nutrition. Check out this 2 inch thick tomahawk ribeye.

I've been geeking out Dr Paul Mason and not really geeking, given he's a meathead, but also Dr. Shawn Baker. (OT: His story about license suspension is fricked up if true.) Carnivore types.

Anyway, I don't ever see myself going full carnivore, but I'm definitely following the science and anecdotes.

Human Performance Outliers has a lot of good guests, if very amateur hosting skills w Shawn and ultra record holder Zach Bitter. I like them both but it's really the guests who make the show.
